  “We had a really positive experience at this Floor & Decor. It was much larger than the store we usually go to, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient – we got everything we needed really quickly. They were friendly too, and thankfully they had the specific tiles we were looking for, which we hadn’t been able to find anywhere else.” report abuse

  “I had a bit of trouble finding the specific tiles I needed, and the price of $14 per square foot seemed a little high. Unfortunately, I struggled to get assistance – there were quite a few staff members around, but they were all busy helping other customers, and I couldn’t get anyone to help me for about an hour.” report abuse

  “The store had a really nice range of flooring options – tiles, laminates, and hardwood – and they also offered a selection of sinks and cabinets. It was really easy to get around; the layout was well-organized and everything was clearly displayed, with tiles showcased on the walls and helpful display boards.   “I purchased eight pieces of tile for $7,000 on May 7th, and upon installation, I discovered several cracks – even ones I couldn’t see with the naked eye. I spoke with manager Austin about this and showed him the other eight pieces to demonstrate the issue. Unfortunately, he didn't seem concerned and dismissed my concerns, stating that it wouldn’t matter if I could see them.” report abuse
