  “I’d definitely recommend these guys. They were incredibly polite and knowledgeable during our initial contact. While they’re a little on the pricier side, the quality of their work is fantastic – we’ve seen them do a huge amount of work, and it’s all been done really well.   Carlos did an absolutely fantastic job! He was so polite and professional, and he quickly came up with a really clever solution to our problem. The best part was that he didn't even need to do any patching or repairs – a huge relief! He also took the time to clean up everything after himself. Honestly, it was a little more expensive than we anticipated, but you definitely get what you pay for. I wholeheartedly recommend both Carlos and this company. report abuse

  “We were really impressed with Dave and Matt – they were both incredibly skilled and friendly from the start. They tackled our initial issue with the dishwasher quickly, and what was great was that they didn’t just fix the immediate problem; they took the time to thoroughly check our fuse box and wiring too. They were professional and efficient on both visits, and they explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated. Plus, rescheduling an appointment was a breeze thanks to their excellent customer service, and we found the text alerts to be super convenient.   “I’m really pleased with Sylvester Electric – they were incredibly responsive from the start. My house was built in the early 70s and I needed a new electrical panel due to its age, plus I wanted to upgrade the amperage to handle my computer and AV equipment. I got quotes from a few companies, and Sylvester was the first to contact me the next day with James. He came out to assess the job, and he was fantastic. He’d already looked over my task list and we immediately got to discussing the work and the different ways we could approach it. He was really patient and explained everything in detail, and he even sent over a detailed quote with a couple of different options that same day! Honestly, it was just amazing service.   “I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive going in after reading some of the reviews, but I was completely blown away by this company’s service. From start to finish, everyone was fantastic. Jeff, the coordinator, was incredibly helpful, and Tim, the electrician who did the work, was truly outstanding – professional, knowledgeable, and he even did a thorough safety check, which put my mind at ease. They really treated my simple light switch replacement like a major job, and the price was fantastic.
