  Overall, New Era Plumbing & HVAC were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive and efficient – I always felt like they were available to answer my questions, and when they weren’t, they got back to me promptly. I especially want to commend Steve and Vinny who were the workers on-site; they were both incredibly skilled and got the job done quickly and effectively.   “I was so impressed with the service we received! Our old furnace was practically ancient, and we were worried about getting a replacement. Thankfully, they offered a fair price on a new one and even provided space heaters while they got everything set up. The installation team was incredibly courteous and professional, and they were right on time. To top it all off, a carbon monoxide detector went off the first night, but they responded within 30 minutes and quickly resolved the issue. The entire job was completed in under 48 hours, and they thoroughly checked everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this company – they were fantastic!” report abuse

  “I just wanted to say Steve and Kimani did an absolutely fantastic job defrosting and repairing my pipes. They really worked as a great team, quickly identifying and fixing the problem so I could get my water back on. I was so impressed with their speed and professionalism – it was a huge relief! Honestly, I’ve been having trouble finding plumbers who can offer reasonable prices, and Heritage’s rates were simply too high.   “I’m so incredibly pleased with the service New Era provided – it’s been a total game-changer for our family. We had a really frustrating experience with another company, Simmons, dealing with both our basement pump and our boiler. Simmons sent out technicians three times before, and each time they just kept putting off a permanent fix. Our old sub pump was constantly overflowing and spraying water, and then Simmons diagnosed a potential complete system failure. When we needed a second opinion, we reached out to New Era, who had previously fixed our sub pump issue. Dan and Joe were fantastic – they listened carefully to our problems, thoroughly tested the system, and quickly identified the issue. They then presented us with a few options, and we decided on a combi boiler, which they installed quickly and efficiently. It’s amazing how much space it’s saved us, and the heating is so fast! Honestly, New Era’s responsiveness and expertise were a huge relief. We even got a quote from Simmons, but they never responded. It was clear New Era was the right choice, and we’re already considering them for future projects like our upcoming bathroom renovations – they’re definitely our go-to company now.” report abuse
