  DWD did an absolutely fantastic job replacing all the windows and two entry doors in my house, plus they installed storm doors. From the very beginning, working with Steve gave me confidence, and I wasn’t let down at all. The quality of the doors and windows themselves is really top-notch, and they did a meticulous job installing them, ensuring everything was properly insulated. They even took care of replacing all the interior trim, which looked amazing. Steve was honest and didn’t try to add on extra charges for small details – you know, no “nickel-and-dime’d” tactics. They even identified a leak in one of my older windows that had caused some rot, and they promptly quoted me for the necessary repairs. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the work DWD did. Steve was incredibly professional and understanding – he even went out of his way to be helpful when my son was sick during the initial estimate. Then, unbelievably, I got sick myself a few months later, and he was still so gracious. The installation was flawless; they cleaned up perfectly, explained everything thoroughly, and I really appreciated them showing me how to use the new sliding glass door. And the communication was fantastic – I love getting updates via text.   Steve and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new Anderson slider. They were incredibly professional, honest, and courteous throughout the entire process. The installation was clean, precise, and the result looks amazing – truly fantastic! They also took the time to clean up completely, leaving everything spotless.   Steve and Dracut Window and Door were fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, Steve was so personable, responsive, and professional – truly a pleasure to deal with. Despite the current challenges with installers due to the many people working from home, Steve provided us with a realistic timeline for our project. It’s clear they’re a small, family-run business, but they operate with the efficiency and quality of a much larger company, all while maintaining exceptional customer service. We even got to meet Jenn, Steve’s wife, who’s helping out – she’s a hard worker and really made us feel like part of the family.
