This rental service was incredibly misleading and I’m really disappointed. I initially inquired about renting a lift and was quoted a price of $325 for the day. Everything seemed straightforward until my credit card bill arrived – it was a shocking $913.41! When I called to question the charge, they explained there were delivery and pickup fees, despite my location being only two miles from their site. I was slapped with a $480 charge for this, and the person I spoke with just assumed I should already know about it. Honestly, I would have gone elsewhere if I’d had any idea of the full cost. It felt like a completely dishonest business practice.
