  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. They’ve never returned my calls, and we’ve been dealing with a persistent mold problem in our living room for the past five years – it seems the house wasn’t properly insulated from the start.   Honestly, working with Amity Creek was a huge frustration during the entire process of building my home. They were incredibly unreliable – they missed appointments, didn’t communicate effectively, and ultimately, they didn’t complete the work. It’s baffling how they’re still operating with such poor service. While Wisconsin Homes built a great house for us, the real problem was the time it took Amity Creek to finish the details. Our house arrived in November, and it’s still not done as of April. They’d promise to be there, but rarely showed up. We had to practically demand they complete basic tasks like installing the toilet, filling in nail holes, painting the ceiling, and installing flashing. I wouldn’t recommend Amity Creek to anyone – it was a very stressful experience, and even our subcontractors were shocked by their lack of professionalism. I’m sharing this review because I want to warn others and hopefully prevent them from going through the same difficulties. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience working with WI Homes, Inc. and Amity Creek. We put down a significant deposit on our home back in June 2022, and it’s taken nearly two years to finally get our house completed. Amity Creek was initially contracted to finish the modular home by the end of May 2023, and even now, in December 2023, they’re still not finished with their work. They’ve made a lot of promises, but communication has been very difficult, and we’ve ended up paying high interest on our construction loan due to these unacceptable delays. While we absolutely love our house now, we wouldn’t have chosen this path if we’d known it would take this long. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience buying a home through Wisconsin Homes. We purchased the property back in July of 2018, and over the next three years, we faced a constant battle – countless phone calls – just to get the necessary work completed. Frankly, they seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issues, and I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to stay far away; you’ll likely end up regretting it.” report abuse
