We sourced our panels through a third party, and while other installers we spoke with didn’t seem to know how to handle it, Cory Aili and his team jumped right in and made it happen.   Wescom really exceeded our expectations with the recent outlet repair work at our duplex, and we’ve continued to be so impressed. When we started looking into solar for our own home, Cory Aili quickly came recommended, and we scheduled a site visit with him within a month. We spoke with several companies, but Wescom just stood out to us – Cory took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, and he was incredibly proactive in finding us a top-quality solar panel system that was readily available. He even went above and beyond to assist us with the MN Power rebate application! The installation team, Jake and Jayden, were fantastic too – they were friendly, considerate, and took the time to answer all our questions. They did a really thorough job setting up both our new and older (2005) arrays, including the new inverter, and we’re confident in their work for years to come. From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism – the owner and the entire team were so prompt, communicative, and just really great to work with. They took the time to carefully assess our home’s needs and sized the array perfectly. They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, left the site spotless, and have continued to be readily available to answer any questions we had.   Wescom absolutely blew us away – we couldn’t recommend them more highly. We were looking for a new system provider and, frankly, hadn’t heard of Wescom before. After a disappointing initial consultation with another company, we stumbled upon them on LinkedIn and it felt like a real stroke of luck. Cory and his team were fantastic from beginning to end – incredibly professional, personable, and really took the time to educate us about our system. They were incredibly thorough and, impressively, even started the project a week ahead of schedule! It’s clear they’re employee-owned, which really contributed to the amazing experience we had. They’ve clearly got a lot of experience – the installation team told us they actually started out working in North Dakota, which explains how smoothly they worked together and tackled any challenges that came up.   “I was really frustrated when the solar system I’d installed on my barn roof started to fail – the supporting structure was just poorly designed and built. When I contacted the original company, they suggested reusing the panels, but it would have cost almost as much as a new system. No other companies were willing to take on the work. I was at a complete loss. Then I found Wescom, and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled! They completely re-mounted the panels on the ground, did everything with a really professional touch, and even extended the warranty tenfold compared to the original company’s offer – all for significantly less money.
