Overall, it was a really positive experience. The team was friendly and they quickly got me connected with the right specialist. I was also impressed with the engineers – they clearly know their stuff and were very reasonable.

I reached out to John on May 9th regarding a new project and wanted to kick things off quickly, and he assured me they could get to it relatively soon. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up, including on May 22nd, I haven’t heard back or received any updates. It’s now June 21st, and I’m frankly quite concerned – I really hope others have had a better experience.
