  “Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with M+A. From the very beginning, they made the whole process so much smoother than we anticipated. They meticulously measured everything for our cabinets, and the design consultation felt truly tailored to our needs – it was great not having to worry about a long, confusing process. Tory, our point of contact, was fantastic. He handled everything, from helping us choose materials to offering valuable design advice, and he always kept us informed every step of the way. It was such a relief to have one person managing everything and simplifying our decisions. We’ve had some frustrating experiences with other suppliers, including one where they accidentally told us they carried a product they didn’t have – we ended up losing a $500 deposit. But with M+A, everything was different. When there was a mistake with our countertop installation, leaving a huge overhang, Tory immediately stepped in. Instead of passing the buck, he worked directly with the contractors to fix the issue, covering the cost of everything. We’d give M+A and Tory a solid 10 out of 10 – they’re truly amazing customer advocates. We’ll absolutely be checking with them first for any future projects!” report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely love our new kitchen! Maureen and Associates really listened to what we wanted and completely transformed our cramped space. They were able to open it up and create a really functional area where we can actually cook and work at the same time – a huge improvement. The smart design includes tons of storage, even with the addition of the ventilation hood, dishwasher, and hidden garbage can. We especially want to thank Kayla for her amazing support during the build. Living over an hour from Duluth, she was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all our contractor questions and helping us troubleshoot from a distance. We’re so thrilled with the result; it’s surprisingly roomy and we’re constantly raving about it! report abuse

  Working with John and his team to update our kitchen was fantastic – truly a seamless experience from beginning to end. They were so helpful with everything from picking out the right products and designing the space, right through to the professional installation. We were particularly impressed with the extra effort they went to, coordinating a fantastic crew from Chester Creek Construction to install our backsplash. They were incredibly detail-oriented and really took care to respect our home.
