  Joe and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job re-roofing our cabin and garage. We were really impressed with the whole process – the quote was competitive with other local bids, and they finished the work quickly and exactly on schedule. Joe was also incredibly responsive; he followed up to make sure everything was completely done and the site was cleaned up thoroughly. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond – he noticed a minor gutter issue and took care of replacing the entire run at no extra cost to us.   Joe was fantastic to work with – he really took the stress out of the whole insurance claim process. He coordinated everything so smoothly, and the adjuster was out to assess the damage the same day I reported the claim, with Joe letting me know they’d be there in just two hours. He was there promptly, spent a significant amount of time with the adjuster on the roof, and kept me updated throughout. Joe was incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were his top priority. The entire job, including the roof replacement, was completed in just 12 hours, and the cleanup was unbelievable! They even meticulously put our deck and patio furniture back exactly where it was, and they were so thorough – sweeping, using a magnet rake, everything!
