  “We were in a really tough situation – our library flooded three times in April during the spring thaw, and we desperately needed to figure out what was happening and how to stop it from happening again. From the very beginning, NSBS was fantastic. Everyone we worked with, from the office staff to the guys doing the actual installation, was incredibly professional and reliable. They really listened to our concerns, and treated us – myself and my team – with respect and as equal partners. The consultant, in particular, was brilliant. He really understood what we were worried about and clearly explained how his proposed solutions would fix the problem and prevent future flooding. They did a complete overhaul, installing a new drainage system, upgrading our sump pump, excavating and waterproofing the foundation, and even adding a french drain.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Northern States Business Systems. My sump pump started making noises, and I was really pleased with how they handled everything. It turned out the old part – specifically the Northern States Business Systems component – was the issue. I was a little worried when I called, but they let me know the next available appointment was a month away. What really stood out was their communication. Tammy, the front office, was incredibly proactive; she sent me two emails – one two weeks before and another a few days before – to confirm the appointment, which was fantastic. And Sean, the technician, was there right on time at 11:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the pump, and even did a thorough check of the entire system, considering it hadn’t been looked at in over ten years. He was also very friendly and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. I’m so grateful for both Tammy and Sean’s professionalism and responsiveness.   “These guys did an amazing job! They completely tackled the issues in the crawl space – replacing twenty broken floor joists, installing a new beam, and fully encapsulating the space with insulation.
