  Nick Nickelson was absolutely fantastic to work with. We started with a really challenging project – a full renovation of a historic home in Fells Point – and he handled everything, from the complex engineering and architectural details to getting all the necessary permits, with such ease. He kept us fully informed and involved in every decision, and the end result – a stunning home that we were able to sell for a great profit – speaks for itself. Because we were so impressed with his work, we hired him to build our completely new home. He took care of absolutely everything, including the demolition, site preparation, and a crucial engineered foundation for our waterfront property. Nick was personally invested in every detail, working closely with the architect and even helping us secure our construction loan. His subcontractors were top-notch – reliable, professional, and incredibly skilled. We’ve since moved to Florida, and we truly miss having Nick manage our renovation projects.   Working with Nick Nicholson and Nick Nicholson Advantage Homes has been an absolutely fantastic experience for my wife and me as we build our dream home. From the very beginning, Nick’s attention to detail has been incredible – he truly cares about getting everything right. What really sets him apart is how responsive he is; he’s always available and calls back immediately, whether it’s a question or just to keep us updated.   Nick at Advantage Homes has been fantastic to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has really walked me through the whole modular home building process.   “We had a really frustrating experience building our home with Advantage Homes and, specifically, with Nick. From the start, we felt like we were constantly bothering him for answers, and he wasn’t very responsive, failing to visit our property as promised. We specifically chose Advantage Homes because we were interested in a modular home, but just over a half a week after paying a $5000 deposit, Nick told us that one wasn’t feasible for our land. We were then left with no affordable options. Most concerningly, we haven’t received our deposit back, and we believe Nick is being dishonest. We absolutely wouldn’t recommend Advantage Homes or Nick to anyone.” report abuse

  I hired Nicholas to survey my property and inspect its foundation, but unfortunately, he didn't fulfill his obligations. I ended up being ripped off, and I would strongly advise against using his services. report abuse
