  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company last year when I was trying to sell my house. A young representative came to my home to assess it, and I explained all the renovations I’d made – including central air, a new shed, and new windows. However, they made an unbelievably low offer, basically offering me nothing for my house. I spoke to another homeowner who had a similar experience; they advised him to do the repairs himself and sell the house that way. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the funds to do that, so I had to sell the house as it was. Honestly, I would strongly advise homeowners to use a realtor instead of this company – it’s definitely not worth the hassle.” report abuse

  I had a really positive experience with Charm City – they recently bought my house and did a fantastic job. They were incredibly professional and handled the entire process very quickly. After the sale, they completely renovated the home, and the results are absolutely stunning! Tyler and Shane were also great to work with, making the whole thing so smooth and stress-free.
