  “I can’t recommend Dana and his team at Allied Wrecking highly enough. We were facing a really complicated situation – a crumbling garage that was more expensive to fix than demolish, and it bordered Whole Foods. We initially hired another contractor, but they were constantly running into permitting issues and escalating costs. Then I found Dana through online reviews, and he was a lifesaver. He came out the same day, quickly assessed the job, and gave us a much better estimate. What really set him apart was his proactive approach – he immediately started the permit process, and he was incredibly diligent, even going above and beyond by following up with the inspector. It was a particularly difficult time to get permits due to COVID restrictions, but he navigated everything flawlessly. He also handled the tricky situation with Whole Foods perfectly, ensuring they didn’t have any parking concerns. He was able to complete the demolition quickly and, amazingly, preserved the extension wall that the other contractor had planned to remove. Ultimately, Dana and his team completely transformed the property. They built a beautiful new wall, installed a fence with faux ivy, painted everything consistently, paved the lot, and cleared out all the overgrown brush. It’s now a fantastic space that easily accommodates eight or nine cars! I’ve since hired them for several other projects around the property, and everyone – the tenants and I – are thrilled with the results. They’re professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor, I highly recommend Allied Wrecking.” report abuse
