  “I was really impressed with Bayside’s service when our AC suddenly stopped working during that crazy heatwave. I left a message on a Sunday, and they called me back first thing Monday morning – thankfully they had a technician, Sean or Shawn, available right away. He diagnosed the problem really quickly and it turned out to be a faulty part on the outdoor unit, which we hadn't anticipated. Given how busy everyone was with the heat, I was particularly pleased with how quickly they responded and the overall quality of the service – it was truly professional and surprisingly affordable.” report abuse

  “Honestly, it’s really concerning how different Bayside seems to be now. We had a good experience with them a year back, specifically with the office service and a fantastic technician. However, six weeks ago, when our AC went out during a particularly hot summer, the service was a complete disaster. After a technician visited and promised to order a new computer board, we’ve been getting the runaround for four weeks. Samantha has been handling our calls, offering assurances that haven’t materialized, and it’s frustrating that Lisa, who seems to be in charge, just offered a dismissive “stay cool.” It’s clear they’re not the same company they used to be, and if either of them says they’ll call, you shouldn’t necessarily expect it.” report abuse

  “My dad was really frustrated – his AC wasn’t working and they sent out their technician three times. Unfortunately, after each visit, the problem kept returning, and he ended up being charged for all those trips. It turned out the condenser was completely failing, a problem they missed, and we had to hire someone else. It’s a shame they didn’t spot the obvious issue, as it cost them a potentially bigger job.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with Bayview’s service. I scheduled an appointment for a malfunctioning AC, but it took over a week to get scheduled. I even confirmed the address and that they serviced my area, and then received a call the day before to double-confirm the 10 AM appointment. I drove over an hour and a half to be there on time, only to be told at 10 AM that they no longer serviced my location and the appointment was canceled. It was extremely unprofessional and frankly, very unreliable.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Bayside’s service – I’ve only needed to contact them twice, but both times they were fantastic. From the initial call to the dispatcher to the service itself, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They really seemed to care about getting the job done quickly and efficiently. And the technicians were just wonderful – so welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly.   “Mariam really emphasized customer service, but it felt like she wasn’t listening to my concerns. She reacted strongly when I was just trying to explain myself, and her comment about not liking her job and taking it out on me felt completely unwarranted.
