  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Freedom Forever. Leon Shackelford was a truly outstanding point of contact – he was professional, incredibly thorough, and genuinely friendly and helpful. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Dillan and the entire Hydra crew who installed my panels. They were incredibly professional and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, even waiting out the rain to ensure a perfect installation.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I had my solar panels installed in May of 2024, but they weren’t activated until September – a six-month delay. Throughout this process, the customer service was consistently unhelpful and seemed more focused on the money than on actually resolving the issue. Honestly, the management team didn't seem to care at all. Despite having wonderful installers who did a fantastic job with the panels themselves, the entire back-office experience was terrible, and I would strongly recommend exploring other options before choosing this company.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Massquatch. The crew was incredibly reliable and did a really professional job – they were also very friendly and considerate of both my property and my neighbors. I especially appreciated that they asked about removing my shoes before entering and took the time to thoroughly clean up afterward. It was great to see the city inspector also confirm they did a great job. Now we just need the utility company to finish up with the meters, but I wholeheartedly recommend Massquatch – from the team on-site to the office and sales staff. report abuse
