  “I’ve had this picket fence for about 20 years now, and while it looked great when I first put it up, it’s really started to fall apart. Honestly, I knew from the beginning it was going to be a problem – the fasteners just aren’t holding up. I’ve contacted them in the past needing replacement parts, and they just kept sending me the same ones, like it was going to fix anything. I bought it thinking it would be a low-maintenance fence, but it’s turned out to be a constant battle with repairs.   “The experience was incredibly frustrating. While I appreciate them installing a fence for a neighbor, the process unfortunately disrupted my internet service. They spent an extended five minutes explaining it wasn’t their fault, and their response felt dismissive, culminating in a condescending remark. It was clear they weren’t truly listening to my concerns, and ultimately shifted the blame to the internet provider, despite assurances that they would handle the issue.” report abuse
