  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that feedback: “I was really disappointed with my experience living at River Ridge Apartments in Altoona. I moved in during the construction phase, and it was a frustrating situation for the entire year. For at least five months, the complex was still under heavy construction; the elevator wasn't operational, the underground garage wasn't finished, and many of the units, including mine, were incomplete – no carpet on the stairs, unfinished paint, you name it. There were numerous issues that went unresolved. I returned home one day to a dishwasher that hadn’t been connected, and it was running dry, burning out the motor. Then, I experienced a major flood in my bedroom because the washer drain hose wasn’t properly installed, and I was missing a shower curtain rod. Adding to the problems, there were visible cracks in the foundation of the underground parking area with signs of leaks. Frankly, it felt like basic maintenance and safety issues were completely ignored. I seriously worried about potential safety hazards and believe the management should not be in business if they can't deliver a functional and safe living space.” report abuse
