  “I’m giving Mission Construction, formerly Telos Construction, a one-star rating because our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Starting in 2020, what should have been a joyful first home build turned into a constant struggle with no resolution in sight. From the very beginning, there were serious issues. We were repeatedly told contractors were paid, but our payments are still outstanding. Communication was completely lacking – unanswered texts for days, no returned calls or emails, and they simply didn’t follow up with subcontractors or landscapers. Several reliable companies finished their work and weren't paid. Adding to the frustration, there were significant errors – the wrong garage doors were ordered, the front door had no warranty, and there was a general lack of oversight from the owner. A year after moving in, we still have 20 items on a punch list that haven’t been addressed, and we’re being asked to cover all the related expenses. It’s deeply concerning that they haven’t addressed these problems, and their lack of professionalism and integrity is truly shocking. They claim to value morals, honesty, relationships, success, and integrity, yet they’ve completely ignored the ongoing issues and seem to be actively avoiding responsibility. Frankly, it's incredibly disturbing to think about where our money has gone and whether there’s any intention to resolve these problems. We’re left wondering if there’s any honesty or accountability within this company.” report abuse

The quality of the work was far below what was promised, and I’m deeply concerned about how he handled payments to the subcontractors – many weren’t paid despite receiving our funds.
