“Overall, I was really disappointed with this experience. While the initial quote was reasonable, and I ultimately decided to move forward with Wizzard’s services after discussing my original plan to do it myself, their actions quickly turned things sour. They started the job using materials they brought themselves, and then, without a single conversation with me, they simply took $120 worth of wire that was already in my garage. It felt completely disrespectful and like they were prioritizing saving money over honesty and my agreement. They admitted to taking it without asking, and then refused to adjust the price, which only added to my frustration. Adding to the problem, they took it while I was inside my house, and their subsequent actions escalated the situation. I don't think they were trustworthy, and I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.”
