As a small business owner, I really appreciate their understanding of my needs – Jeff even went the extra mile by installing the WiFi controls on Saturday night at 9pm.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Custom Pools. Since the new owner took over last summer, the service has been shockingly poor. The owner, who also runs Valet Pool, has a consistently rude and unprofessional demeanor. Considering they’ve been in business since 1968, the prices are completely inflated – nearly double what they should be – and the advice I received regarding pool filters was completely unacceptable. To add to this, when I tried to return the filters because of the outrageous cost, the owner was verbally aggressive with me both in the store and in the parking lot, which was truly frightening. We’ve been loyal customers for over 30 years and valued Ginny and her team’s honesty and fair prices, so this new situation is a massive change for the worse. report abuse

  “We honestly can’t praise Valet Pools enough – they’ve been absolutely fantastic for the last three years. As first-time pool owners, we were completely lost, but Charlie and his team really took the time to guide us and transform our old pool into the amazing feature it is today.   Jeff was fantastic – he was so easy to talk to and always had a really positive attitude. He went above and beyond to connect me with a truly skilled and reliable electrician who quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed my electrical problem. Honestly, I’d recommend Jeff and Valet Pool Company to anyone looking for excellent customer service and straightforward answers.
