  “I couldn’t be happier with my new windows and door – Andrey and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. Honestly, I was a little hesitant at first about the price, as it was noticeably lower than some of the other companies I looked at, but the quality is incredible. They offered a great financing option too, far better than the higher interest rates I was being quoted elsewhere. From the ease of the purchase process to the flawless installation, everything was top-notch. They took care of a couple of minor issues right away, like a small crack in one of the windows and a crooked sliding door frame, and handled it all without any extra cost. The triple-pane construction has made a huge difference – I’ve been able to really feel the warmth and see a significant reduction in drafts, especially with this unusually harsh winter in MSP.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Discount Windows. From start to finish, everything was handled really well. Andrew, our project manager, was excellent – he was incredibly clear about the project details, took the time to understand our specific needs, and offered helpful advice without being pushy at all. The crew themselves were fantastic too – they arrived on schedule, did a truly great job (which was confirmed by a professional inspector), and were consistently courteous and professional.   I couldn’t be happier with Discount Windows! As a renter in Eden Prairie, living all the way in Texas, I was a little nervous about coordinating everything remotely. But Oleh and Andrew were fantastic – so professional and helpful from start to finish. They really listened to my budget and helped me choose the perfect sliding door for my porch. They were incredibly responsive, keeping me updated via email and phone, and they even took the hassle out of dealing with my tenants and the city for permits and inspections.   I couldn’t be happier with the recent window and trim work! The new windows look fantastic – they’ve completely transformed the look of my house and give it a really clean, modern feel. But honestly, the trim was the real game-changer; I’m so glad they recommended it – it’s like my house looks like it’s straight out of a magazine!
