It took a really long time to get a quote, and then even longer to get scheduled for the flooring installation than was initially promised.   Dale and Ken were fantastic – they responded so quickly to the flood and got the wet carpet out and replaced it with a better quality carpet and padding. The price was also incredibly competitive, the best we received. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the LVP installation in my kitchen and bath. The price was great, and the seller and installers were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful – they answered all my questions and concerns really well. I especially appreciated that there were no hidden costs. They even took care of a small issue that came up after the installation quickly and efficiently, which was fantastic.   I was really hoping to support a local business, but unfortunately, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I contacted them multiple times – via email and phone – to get an estimate for a job, and they didn’t respond at all. They even came to my house to discuss it, yet never provided a written or verbal estimate. It felt completely unprofessional and unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services. report abuse

  Overall, it was a really positive experience working with them. They did a fantastic job with the hardwood flooring, staircase, and bathroom tiles – 1500 square feet of Canadian maple is a significant undertaking, and it looks great.
