  Ed and Roofing Repair Experts did a fantastic job! They were incredibly professional and polite from start to finish. I needed a leak repaired on my rental home, and they offered a free, no-obligation estimate over the phone. Chris was punctual and did a thorough job repairing our roof at the agreed-upon price.   I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I used them twice when no one else could be reached, and unfortunately, the problems just kept escalating. The last time they were here, we had a leak around a vent pipe that started recurring months later. The owner completely ignored my calls to schedule a repair, and despite multiple follow-ups, I never heard back. I contacted MDLLR to report the expired license, and they offered to mediate, but it was too late – the work had been done before the license renewal. Later, another company confirmed that their original repairs were the cause of the leak. The owner then blamed “personal issues” for the delay in fixing it. Before they even assessed the problem, they were trying to shift the blame away from their work. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with while my ceiling was constantly getting damaged. After the repairs were finally completed, they demanded I remove my review, which I reluctantly agreed to modify, but I still cannot recommend this company. It’s clear they don't prioritize customer service, and importantly, you *must* confirm the contractor’s license is current before working with them, or MDLLR won’t be able to help. They operate under the name THI Home Pros and Roofing Repair Experts. report abuse
