  Honestly, I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the pool management this summer. It seems like they’re constantly blaming CIVID for staffing issues, which has resulted in the pool being open far too infrequently – just five days a week. To make matters worse, they’ve taken lifeguards away to work at other pools. I’ve tried to voice my concerns, but the management has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to offer any kind of refund for the lost services. It’s a really frustrating situation, and I’m giving it one star because it’s the only option available to express how unhappy I am. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the way things have been going at the pool. They’ve been severely understaffed all year, consistently failing to deliver on their promises. It’s frustrating to see them lagging behind other pools in Annapolis, and the two-week closure is unacceptable.   That’s a really troubling story. Hearing that a guard’s hours were reduced because of the manager’s personal finances – specifically to cover expenses at McDonald’s – is incredibly disheartening and frankly, quite shocking. report abuse

  “The pool service company is consistently failing to meet expectations. They regularly close the pool for several days a week due to a lack of available lifeguards, and even on the days they are scheduled to be open, they’ve been canceling at the last minute due to what appear to be staffing issues. It’s concerning that they haven’t addressed this ongoing problem with hiring additional staff.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences here. There seemed to be some issues with how things were managed and how the staff were treated. Plus, the pool cleanliness was a recurring problem, and the bathrooms consistently needed attention. Due to these concerns, I won’t be returning as a customer. report abuse
