    Honestly, I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the pool management this summer. It seems like they’re constantly blaming CIVID for staffing issues, which has resulted in the pool being open far too infrequently – just five days a week. To make matters worse, they’ve taken lifeguards away to work at other pools. I’ve tried to voice my concerns, but the management has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to offer any kind of refund for the lost services. It’s a really frustrating situation, and I’m giving it one star because it’s the only option available to express how unhappy I am. report abuse

They regularly close the pool for several days a week due to a lack of available lifeguards, and even on the days they are scheduled to be open, they’ve been canceling at the last minute due to what appear to be staffing issues.
