  “I was really disappointed with this service. I specifically requested a follow-up call from the surveyor after the job was completed, but he didn't stick around to speak with me. They seemed to understand why I needed the survey, but they completely ignored my questions and concerns. And once the payment was made, they became incredibly dismissive if I tried to get clarification. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.” report abuse

  “I was in a really frustrating situation – our lot lines weren’t clearly defined, and I’d been passed off to another surveyor who couldn’t even seem to get it sorted out. It ended up being a huge mess involving the county, lawyers, and the title company, and no one could offer a solution. Then, a recommendation led me to Walsh Engineering, and they were fantastic! Breanna and the team quickly identified a simple mistake – someone had written ‘East’ instead of ‘West’ on our deed. It was incredibly efficient and cost me a fraction of what the other surveyor’s complicated approach would have been.
