  “Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The renovation team really delivered! We had some significant water damage in our kitchen, which meant removing the lower cabinets and granite countertops, but the team handled everything professionally and efficiently.   Overall, the bid was fairly competitive, sitting in the middle range. The quality of the work, particularly the work done by Domingo and his colleague, was outstanding. However, I felt the communication could have been a bit better – it would have been helpful to have more advance notice about when the workers were scheduled to arrive. report abuse

  John Martinez and Grand Building and Remodeling did a fantastic job renovating our home. They really went above and beyond, adding an extra room – a great combination bedroom and laundry space with plenty of cabinets – and building an attached single-car garage.   John was really professional when we initially contacted him for an estimate – it was great that he was out of town and called back a week later to reschedule. However, I did have to follow up after he was late to our appointment; I called 45 minutes after we were supposed to meet to check on him, and it took a little while to get in touch with him. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Grand Building and Remodeling. They did a fantastic job building our guest suite in the backyard – John was great to work with, keeping us within budget, and the crew was both professional and really friendly.
