“While their masonry work itself seemed fairly basic, I was really concerned about their driving behavior. Specifically, the truck with license plate CH-87844 was driven aggressively – they repeatedly cut people off on the Gilbert 202 ramp, causing several drivers to brake suddenly. Then, on the highway, they were going well over 90 mph and constantly changing lanes without signaling, which created a very dangerous situation for everyone else.”

“Action Pump owes me a significant amount – $23,000 – stemming from a job we completed back in 2009 and 2010 at the Diamondback and Rockies spring training facility. They had chosen us specifically because they knew our rates and we were able to pump up to 500 feet of hose during that time. They were always prompt with their payments, but towards the end of the nine-month project, they started shorting us invoices by $3,500 each month. The owner, Scott Neely, then tried to shift the blame, claiming we were losing $700,000 and that I should share in those losses. He even suggested I take them to small claims court. Frankly, it felt like a complete attempt to avoid paying what was rightfully owed. I couldn’t afford to pursue a legal case, and so I reluctantly accepted a reduced payment of $16,000 out of necessity. From what I’ve heard, Mr. Neely has a history of this kind of behavior, and I strongly advise anyone working with Action Pump to proceed with extreme caution – they seem to operate with a questionable business ethic.”

“Overall, this seems like a really positive experience. It’s clear they’re genuinely pleased with the company.”
