  I’m really concerned about this community, especially given my mom’s experience living there. She’s been dealing with constant loud music from neighbors, seemingly only when she’s enjoying her yard, and, incredibly, her property has been stolen. It’s a deeply unsettling situation. report abuse

  “Honestly, I’d really advise anyone considering this place to do a lot of careful research first. They really push all the amenities and upgrades, which is great to look at, but the reality is a bit different once you’re actually living there. I’ve been here for a long time now, and the rent has steadily increased by around $40 a year – it’s become a significant expense, and I wish I’d looked into that more closely before committing.” report abuse

  “Overall, this is a lovely 55+ community in West Valley. It’s a really beautiful place to live. Just something to be aware of is its location – it’s right along a flight path, so you’ll definitely hear the planes overhead fairly regularly. Honestly, though, I didn’t even really notice it after a while, and most of the other residents seemed to accept it without a problem.” report abuse

  I absolutely love this community! It’s truly a dream location, and I’d move here in a heartbeat if only the veteran’s benefits worked out. The modular homes are fantastic – the option to buy an existing one or park a new one is brilliant. It’s so well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, and it’s wonderful that it’s exclusively for people 55+.   “This community really feels like a special place. My parents have lived here for a long time – 16 years – and they’ve always been so happy with it. It’s consistently safe, incredibly well-kept, and has some really lovely amenities, especially the pool and Jacuzzi which are always spotless. Plus, it’s wonderfully quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.” report abuse

  Overall, this seems like a really appealing place for older adults. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into offering a fantastic variety of activities – from games and sports to crafts and outdoor adventures, alongside social events. And the emphasis on lovely surroundings and a welcoming community is a definite plus. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with Cobblestone Senior Living in El Mirage. Since Coppersun took over from Palms, the quality just hasn’t been there. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. report abuse

  “We absolutely love living at Coppersun! Since we moved in 2022, we’ve really been enjoying all the amenities like the pool and gym, and we just love how peaceful and easy it is to get around the neighborhood.” report abuse

  Overall, this is a really lovely place. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere combined with a real sense of privacy and respect – it felt like a genuinely welcoming space. report abuse

  Overall, it was a lovely resort – very clean and well-maintained, and the ladies in the office were incredibly helpful. However, I was a little surprised to learn that the room rental fees increase each year, and it’s important to factor that into your budget. report abuse
