  “We absolutely love our home now, and it’s all thanks to AIM Construction. When we bought the house two years ago, it had beautiful bones – a fantastic floor plan and incredible views – but it was definitely showing its age from the late 70s. It needed a serious overhaul. We got a quote from another company, but honestly, it just didn’t feel right. They seemed new to the business and we weren’t sure we could trust them to do the job properly. Then we spoke with Alex from AIM, and he gave us a really solid, detailed quote within days. That’s when we knew we’d found the right team. They completely transformed our house – new roofs, windows, doors, resurfaced walls and ceilings, and they even remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom. It’s like the house is brand new! Alex did a fantastic job managing the subcontractors, and they all worked together seamlessly, even exceeding our initial expectations. We’ve since used AIM again to build a beautiful new woodworking shop in the backyard, and then to completely redesign our large back yard into the outdoor oasis we’d always dreamed of.   “I was really frustrated with my experience scheduling a quote for a $50,000 commercial project. The initial appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am, but a call came in just 10 minutes before, requesting a reschedule to 1:30. While I understand things can change, the last-minute shift, combined with the 20-minute drive each way, was concerning. When I arrived at 1:30, no one was there, and despite multiple attempts to reach the office, I only received a generic greeting message. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to leave. To receive a notification that the estimator had been there the whole time was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete disregard for my time. Honestly, this experience gave me a very negative impression of their organization and professionalism, and I wouldn’t consider using their services for a project like this.” report abuse
