  “We couldn’t be happier with the work AIM Construction did for us. When we bought our house in El Paso, it was a beautiful property with fantastic views, but it definitely needed a serious refresh – it was built back in 1979 and had seen a lot of use. We got a quote from another company, but we just didn’t feel confident in their experience. Then we contacted AIM, and Alex was fantastic. He gave us a really solid, reliable quote within a couple of days, and we knew we’d made the right choice. They completely transformed our house – new roofs, windows, doors, beautifully resurfaced walls and ceilings, and they even remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom. It genuinely feels like a brand new home! Alex did a brilliant job managing the subcontractors, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. We then asked AIM to build us a woodworking shop, and they handled that project with the same level of professionalism and care. They even recommended an architect, and we ended up with a fantastic space. Finally, they helped us create the backyard of our dreams – a beautiful, versatile space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying those incredible El Paso views.   “I couldn’t be happier with Aim Construction! I recently moved to El Paso and immediately started tackling some much-needed renovations – a complete kitchen and bathroom overhaul, plus a new roof. After getting quotes from a few different companies, I chose Aim Construction because of their solid experience and a proposal that fit my budget perfectly. And honestly, it was the right decision.   “Overall, my experience working with this company as a vendor was mixed. I genuinely liked the owner and found him to be a pleasant person. However, there were some significant issues.   “I was really disappointed with my experience scheduling a quote for a commercial project. I booked an appointment for 11:00 am, but a young woman called just ten minutes beforehand to request a reschedule to 1:30. While I understand things can come up, the last-minute change and the 20-minute drive made me feel like my time wasn’t valued. To add to this, the estimator never showed up, and I couldn’t even reach the office by phone. After waiting 20 minutes and leaving, I finally received a call explaining that the estimator was there. Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this, I have no confidence in their ability to manage a project effectively, and I certainly wouldn’t consider using their services for our build-out.” report abuse
