I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with this company. For the past six months, I’ve had to call repeatedly just to get information about my bills, and it’s been a constant cycle of being passed off – told someone was on leave, had left, or would be contacted later. The person answering the phones seems inexperienced and frankly, quite rude. But the worst part is the complete lack of control I have over my account. They’ve unilaterally locked me out of my security panel with an 8-digit pin without even letting me know. Honestly, I strongly recommend you explore other options; this company has been a huge hassle.
