  “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience working with Gabriel Arturo Soto and his company. The job was significantly delayed, taking six months to complete when it was initially estimated at seven. Most concerningly, he failed to finish the work, didn’t pay his subcontractors, and even bounced checks to them. Ultimately, he disappeared without a trace, leaving the project unfinished. I wish we had done more research beforehand – there were some serious red flags regarding legal issues. The pictures clearly show the unfinished state of the project.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with GRC Contractors – they did a fantastic job repairing the water damage in my exterior wall. I’d tried to handle some smaller repairs around the house myself, but the extent of the damage was beyond my skill level, so I called them for a quote. Francisco did the work, and he was excellent! He not only fixed the drywall perfectly but also addressed the underlying wood issue at the balcony door. He was also really conscientious about keeping the area clean, which is a huge plus when dealing with drywall dust. The only minor thing to note is that Francisco and I didn’t share a common language – I don’t speak Spanish, and he didn’t speak much English. Thankfully, Analicia and Gabriel, who provided the initial quote, were readily available by phone to help clarify anything that was needed. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work, the speed of the job, and the price – I’d definitely use GRC Contractors again.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with GRC. To be honest, this was my first time using a contracting company, and I usually handle things myself when there are delays or issues with the initial work. Gabriel Soto was fantastic – he really took ownership of my insurance claim and walked me through the entire process of getting my roof fixed. The project was completed in just two days, as he promised, and the installation team did a truly excellent job; everything was clean, beautiful, and professional. I absolutely love how my roof looks, and I’m already looking forward to seeing it from above! I’ll definitely be using GRC for any future projects, and I want to thank Gabriel Soto for his outstanding service. report abuse
