  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed. Within just ten years, the roof USA Contractor installed had to be replaced – a clear sign of poor workmanship. Now we’re left dealing with this and having to hire a lawyer to try and recover the money we spent on the second roof, because our insurance company refused to cover the initial faulty work. report abuse

  Javier was a fantastic member of the team – he really took the initiative in working with the insurance company to ensure all losses were properly covered. Angel, his foreman, was also doing a great job of keeping the workers on track, and Javier even offered some helpful suggestions for the paint job.
