  “I hired Mike Venegas at El Paso Window for a full door and window replacement, which cost around $16,000. I’m happy with the windows and doors themselves – the installation was done well. However, the biggest issue was their lack of follow-up. Once they received my payment, they completely disappeared. I tried repeatedly calling, sending messages, and emailing them to get the paperwork needed for my rebate from EP Electric, but they never responded. Looking back, I wish I’d chosen a company that prioritized customer service and kept me informed throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  Honestly, this product itself is really good, but the biggest issue is the lack of support after the sale. It seems like they do a decent job initially, but don't offer any assistance with replacements or repairs – even simple ones.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After installing our windows and doors, we haven’t heard a single word from them. We’ve contacted them repeatedly over the last three years regarding various issues, and they’ve never returned our calls. Currently, we’re waiting two months for a replacement part, and each time we speak to someone, we’re just given the vague response that “they said they were sending it.” It’s completely unacceptable, and frankly, a complete lack of customer service.   “We were incredibly disappointed with the final installation of our windows and doors. The contractor consistently installed them a few inches off, requiring a huge amount of rework and causing significant delays and extra expense. When we contacted the owner to discuss the issues, he offered no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. Given the cost of the project – over $30,000 – we were particularly frustrated by his lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address our concerns, especially considering our location three hours away.” report abuse
