  Overall, my experience with El Paso Window was mixed. Mike Venegas initially got my business, and the new doors and windows themselves look great – I’m really happy with the quality of the products. The installation was okay, but the biggest issue was their lack of follow-up. Once they had my money, they completely disappeared. I tried repeatedly calling, sending messages, and emailing to get the paperwork needed to claim a rebate from EP Electric, but they never responded. Looking back, I probably would have gotten a better deal if I’d gone with a company that prioritized customer service and actually checked in on the progress. I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  I was incredibly pleased with El Paso Window Co.! They installed 11 windows in just two days – the crew was fantastic – so efficient, professional, and friendly. They took great care of my home, cleaning up as they went, and really went above and beyond.   Honestly, the product itself was really impressive, but the biggest issue was the complete lack of support after the sale. It seems like they do a good job initially, but don’t offer any assistance with replacements or warranty issues – even simple repairs.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After installing my windows and doors, I haven’t heard a single thing from them. For the last three years, I’ve repeatedly contacted them about issues, and they’ve completely ignored my calls. Currently, I’m waiting two months for a replacement part, and the only response I get is vague references to someone else sending it – a situation that’s repeated week after week. Honestly, the lack of customer service is appalling, and I strongly recommend using a different company. report abuse

  Monica was prompt in sending over a quote of $24,000, but her visit felt a little rushed. She wasn’t very responsive to my wife’s questions and didn’t offer to discuss the different options available. report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with the final result. The windows and doors were consistently installed a few inches off, which meant the contractor had to redo every single opening. It was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, very expensive and time-consuming. Worse still, when we contacted the owner to discuss the issues, he offered no apology or attempt to resolve the problem. Given the significant cost – around $30,000 – we expected a more professional and empathetic response, especially considering the distance we’re located three hours away.” report abuse
