Holden, the technician, was fantastic – so friendly and professional, and he did a truly excellent job installing it. He even went the extra mile to clean my floor mats and dash!   Holden Olson is absolutely fantastic! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to say how exceptional he was during my recent service. He’s by far the best service person I’ve ever worked with – he took the time to explain everything clearly, even pointing out things I hadn’t considered.   I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Abra Auto Midwest. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Edward was incredibly helpful – he was so knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in setting everything up for us, and he even handled all the communication with our insurance company, making the whole process really smooth. Walker, our installer, was equally impressive; he was punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. He completed the work quickly and conveniently, right in our driveway, which was perfect given the vehicles we had.   “I was really impressed with the service I received. My insurance company struggled to find a shop that could do the windshield calibration, but Abra was thankfully able to get me in within two days. The whole process was incredibly smooth – I dropped off my car the night before, and they called me the next day to let me know it was ready, even ahead of schedule! But the absolute best part was Holden. He went above and beyond by picking me up from my home to bring me to the shop.   Holdon was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly professional and helpful from the moment I called to schedule the Transit Connect windshield install, getting me in the very next day. Not only did he do a fantastic job installing the windshield, but he also went the extra mile by cleaning and vacuuming the entire front section of my car! He was really knowledgeable, pointing out some useful advice about insurance and the different windshield options for Ford vehicles.   I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had recently. Holden was absolutely fantastic – he came to my home during a really nasty snowstorm to replace my windshield, and I was so impressed. He was right on time, meticulous in his work, and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was that he noticed a couple of small things that I hadn’t even realized needed attention, and he took care of them without me having to ask. Seriously, he’s a professional through and through, and I’m completely blown away by his knowledge and dedication. I’ll definitely be using this company from now on – and I think Holden deserves a huge thank you, along with a raise, a week of vacation, and maybe even a nice car! report abuse
