  “I used Home Depot Pro Services to have Moses install an attic ladder, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. We initially discussed the project and agreed on a price, but almost immediately he mismeasured the opening, leading to the ladder not fitting properly and hitting my garage door. What was really concerning was his reaction—he started trying to bill me an extra $100, claiming it was the reason for the measurement issue. He was dismissive and had a poor attitude, refusing to acknowledge his own mistake. Despite explaining that it was his responsibility to get the measurements right before starting the work, he continued to argue. I ended up giving him an additional $30 to cover the extra cutting he had to do, but the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve never encountered a contractor with such a bad attitude.” report abuse
