  Honestly, working with this contractor was a fantastic experience – by far the best I’ve had. The whole team was so easy to get along with, always on time, and they completely delivered on their promises. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project, which involved a tricky shower remodel, fixing the grout in our bathroom, and installing a new backsplash in the kitchen. The quality of their work was truly exceptional, and my husband and I are already planning to use them again for our next home project! report abuse

  Honestly, we had a really difficult experience building our home with this company, and I wouldn’t recommend them. From the very beginning, it felt like a constant struggle to keep the project on track and within budget. They kept trying to bill us for changes we hadn’t approved, and then, after the work was completed, they insisted we owed them a significant amount for those same changes – without even consulting us beforehand. We also had issues with subcontractors who weren’t paid promptly, and they’ve completely stopped communicating with us, ignoring our warranty concerns, especially regarding the ongoing problems in our master bathroom. It’s incredibly frustrating that they can’t even get their subcontractors to return to fix the issues that should be covered under warranty. It was a very disappointing experience. report abuse
