  “We absolutely love our new home, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Regenscheid. We went with them based on a recommendation from a friend, and from the very first meeting with Justin, we knew we’d made the right choice. We brought a lot of information – our site plans, a schematic, and our floor plan – and Justin really helped us refine our design so we ended up with a beautiful home that fit our budget. What really stood out was how attentive and responsive they were. They were so willing to work with us on every detail, especially considering the tricky site constraints with the well, septic system, and fenced yard. The entire process was fantastic, and we were especially amazed at how quickly they completed the build – just 74 days from signing the agreement to closing!
