  “Unfortunately, the experience with this technician was really frustrating. He canceled our initial appointment with only a 30-minute notice and then rescheduled, only to call again 30 minutes before the new appointment to tell us he’d be two hours late. To add to the issue, he sat in the driveway for 20 minutes without even knocking, and then called my wife to say we weren’t home. Finally, he left, and we had to flag him down to get him back inside, and he seemed incredibly dismissive and rude the entire time.” report abuse
