  I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had getting my fireplace blower installed. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding – everyone was so responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Matt was particularly great – really friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy.   Matt was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, even showing my husband exactly what was wrong with the AC.   “I was so relieved when Matt came out to diagnose my AC problem – it turned out my coil was completely shot and they don’t make it anymore! He quickly gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing and thankfully, they could get it installed the very next day. Brennan did the installation today, and it’s working perfectly! He was incredibly polite, professional, and kept the area very tidy. To make things even better, they added freon to help me get through this warm weekend, which would have meant no AC at all!   Honestly, I was really hoping to give this company a positive review, especially since I was referred by someone who works there. However, the pricing was just too high – it felt like price gouging, and a shockingly $150 per pound for the 410a installation. I should have gotten a more detailed estimate beforehand. It seems like they might be getting taken advantage of, or perhaps they aren't transparent with their costs. There are definitely other companies in the area offering similar services for significantly less. While the work itself was well-done, the cost was a major issue, and I’d recommend exploring other options. report abuse
