  “I recently had my roof replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. My insurance company recommended this company, and it was a great starting point – the person handling my case was based out of state. From start to finish, they’ve been fantastic. Everyone – from the team handling payments to the installers – was incredibly kind and professional. Noah, the salesperson, was especially helpful; he was so patient, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated the whole time. But honestly, Omar, the site manager, really stood out. He’s just a genuinely lovely person, always helpful and sweet. My wife even met him and was still talking about how wonderful he was! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.” report abuse

  Overall, our experience with Reroof America in Minnesota was a long and challenging one. We initially contacted them through our insurance company following hail and storm damage, and it’s now been almost two years since the project began. While Jon, our sales representative, was consistently attentive, we faced numerous issues with the quality of the work and had to redo several parts of the project. Thankfully, the company took these concerns seriously and worked diligently to correct them, and we’re now satisfied with the final result.   Reroof America was a truly frustrating experience. Our insurance company recommended them, but from the start, things went terribly wrong. We signed a contract back in May 2022, only to have the initial start date pushed back multiple times – first to July, and then again. They arrived with materials that weren’t even ordered, and then proceeded to start tearing off our roof with no supplies. Despite numerous calls to the sales manager, they kept making mistakes. We never actually cancelled the job, but they seemed to assume we were, and the delays stretched on for over a week. Adding to the problem, the gutters weren’t installed for another two months, and the worker just showed up unannounced. The sales manager and anyone else from the office completely failed to check in on us or the progress of the job. They even charged us for work they hadn’t done on our air conditioner, and it took countless phone calls to get those charges removed. Things escalated further when they claimed we hadn’t mailed our insurance check, even though we had. Then, they added extra charges to the bill in January, despite the work being completed months earlier. We were constantly chasing them down for updates, and ultimately, the salesperson became quite hostile when we finally tried to pay. The whole situation was incredibly disorganized and marked by a complete lack of communication from the Minnesota office. To top it all off, they showed up on our roof in September 2023 with the city inspector – again without any warning – because they hadn’t submitted the final paperwork. Because of this entire ordeal, I cannot recommend Reroof America; their communication and organization were simply unacceptable. report abuse

  Overall, the roofers did a fantastic job – they were really efficient and took great care to clean up, which was especially appreciated considering we have dogs in the backyard. My only real issue was the communication. It took a while to get the job scheduled, and I didn’t receive much information about the project timeline or what to expect. The notification about the materials arriving on Sunday morning was also quite last-minute. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work done on our house and garage this year – especially considering we got the roof, gutters, and garage work completed in December. The actual installation was fantastic and very fast. The only thing that held us back from a perfect rating was the communication with the scheduler; it was a little unreliable. report abuse
