  “Overall, the work done so far looks good, but I’m really disappointed with the aftermath. They didn’t take proper precautions when drilling and cutting the concrete, which created a huge amount of dust and left my rec room in a terrible state. I’m still cleaning up concrete debris from the carpet, the utility sink, and even the backyard three weeks later. I’m hoping the repairs they’re doing now will be sufficient, but I definitely don’t want them back in my house.” report abuse

  Overall, we’re really pleased with the work Basement Systems USA did to waterproof our basement. We were looking for a straightforward solution and after getting a few quotes, they were the right choice. They handled the necessary wall repairs in our finished basement themselves, which we appreciated – it’s great they didn’t use an outside contractor. Bernie, Fernando, and Daniel were fantastic! They were incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they did an incredible job transforming our basement – they added a dehumidifier and a sink to our laundry area, and the quality of their work is fantastic. Chris and his team were fantastic communicators, keeping us updated on their plans daily and always responding promptly to any questions or changes we requested.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Basement Systems USA. We were completely baffled by a water seepage problem in our foundation wall, and Tim did a fantastic job immediately putting us at ease. Jordan arrived quickly to fix the issue, and the work was done perfectly – the price was great, and they cleaned up thoroughly. We’ve even had a little rain since, and haven’t had any problems at all. I especially appreciated how responsive Tina was; she always followed up right away if I had any questions.   “Zak was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He was incredibly hardworking and had a great team around him. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand, particularly the whole system he was installing. But what really stood out was his dedication to my safety, especially as a handicapped customer. He was so thoughtful, helping me navigate those 13 steps, carefully removing the drop cloths each time to prevent me from tripping, and making sure I could clearly see the wonderful progress being made on my egress window and sump pumps.” report abuse
