  I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. I contacted them to get a quote for establishing a property boundary, but after providing all the necessary information and being assured someone would follow up, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve called back multiple times over the past two weeks, and haven’t received any response at all. Very unresponsive and I wouldn't recommend. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with the person I spoke to on the phone. Their English wasn’t strong, which made it incredibly difficult to get the information I needed. Asking me to send all the details via email felt completely unnecessary, and when I requested to speak with someone familiar with the issue, they didn’t seem to grasp the need to transfer me to an expert. Honestly, it’s a significant problem – these kinds of misunderstandings cause a lot of frustration, especially for customers who aren’t native English speakers. Companies really need to recognize that we live in an English-speaking country and ensure their representatives have adequate communication skills, including the ability to understand, take notes, and communicate clearly.” report abuse

  Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. We came to them very late in the project timeline, which honestly felt like a huge challenge, but they immediately prioritized our needs and went above and beyond to help us meet our deadline.
