  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Classic. We found them through the Timonium Home & Garden show and were really impressed from the start. Nick was incredibly helpful, taking the time to meet with us, discuss our project – replacing our wood deck with composite – and show us different material options. Classic’s estimate was the best value after we received three quotes. The installation team was fantastic too – they were punctual, really polite, worked incredibly hard, and finished the job exactly on schedule. What really stood out was their attention to detail; they went above and beyond, especially when installing our custom railing, working closely with my husband to ensure it met his specific requirements perfectly. They cleaned up meticulously every day, and when the job was done, they even washed down the deck and helped me put my patio furniture back in place.   “We’ve used Classic Remodeling, and specifically Nick Trey, for several projects around our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did everything from new shutters and siding repairs to installing a patio door and, most recently, replacing all our windows. Nick was always professional – he was punctual, took the time to really understand our needs and preferences, and gave us a fair and detailed estimate. The quality of the work was outstanding; everything was done to a very high standard, and they were incredibly meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. We always left with a sense that they’d truly taken care of our home. We’ve also been impressed with their responsiveness – when a few window seals broke years later, Nick quickly guided us on the next steps, and the warranty company handled everything seamlessly. Their initial consultation was incredibly thorough, and we appreciated that there were no unexpected charges or changes to the original estimate. They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, which really took the stress out of things. The crew was also so polite and helpful, always willing to answer our questions, and they finished the work on time – a huge plus! What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they went above and beyond by taking the time to address a small concern I had and ensuring we were completely happy with the final result, even at the end of a very long, hot day.   “Overall, I was really pleased with Classic Decking. They tackled a relatively small deck replacement job for me, and honestly, they treated it like a significant project, which I appreciated. Nick was fantastic – incredibly responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. However, things took an unexpected turn when they started removing the old boards; they discovered the entire substructure was rotten. But they didn't let it slow them down. Within 30 minutes, they’d come up with a plan and a price to rebuild the base. I was particularly impressed by Rudy and his crew – they were truly skilled craftsmen, working with precision and taking great care with the angles and joinery.   Nick and his team were fantastic – we genuinely couldn’t have done it without them! We were so lucky to have been referred by friends who had amazing experiences with their work, and we completely agree. We unexpectedly discovered our deck posts were rotten, which meant we had to find a company quickly and on a really tight budget. It was tough, as a lot of companies tried to take advantage of our situation, but Nick was different. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
