“I took my car in to get a new windshield, and unfortunately, there were a couple of issues. After the replacement, I noticed a pretty significant 3-foot scratch on the glass, and the manager, Dean, also pointed out another defect. To add to that, when I picked up my car, the hood was left unlatched – I thankfully caught it before driving off.”
