  Tim did an absolutely fantastic job with our annual AC maintenance and the capacitor replacement. He was so communicative and even called when he was on his way – that was really appreciated! He was incredibly friendly and polite, took great care to protect our floors with booties, and got right to work. When he was finished, he left the entire area spotless and, as an extra thoughtful detail, secured our gate, which was perfect with our dog. Thanks so much to Tim and Kristen! report abuse

  “I have to say, Holtzople really came through for us when our old heating system completely failed after just eight days – it was a huge relief they were able to respond so quickly, especially with the freezing temperatures. They were the first to call back after we left messages, and the tech walked me through setting up the emergency heat, even scheduling a follow-up visit to prevent an expensive emergency repair. Three months later, our new system is still running perfectly, and we just had our semi-annual inspection – everything was great! Honestly, everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.   “Anthony Bosley was fantastic! He called ahead to confirm his appointment and arrived right on time. He was so professional and courteous, and really took care of our home. I especially appreciated that he wore booties to protect the floors. He explained our maintenance needs thoroughly and, importantly, didn’t try to upsell us anything.
