“I had a really unsettling experience today. Someone in one of the Bollinger construction trucks aggressively cut me off, and the driver’s reaction was incredibly concerning. He not only continued to tailgate me, changing lanes and waving his hands angrily, but he then actually took a photo of me from his truck window. Given his behavior – it felt like he was trying to provoke a confrontation – I understandably didn’t engage. It was clear he was acting irrationally. What’s most worrying is that he appeared to be the owner of the company, and I’m concerned about the potential for this kind of aggressive behavior among his employees.”

“We were driving past the Catoctin Mountain Zoo with two young children in the back seat, traveling at around 42 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone. That was unnecessarily dangerous.”
-
“I had a really frightening experience recently on Route 28 in Virginia. This driver was attempting to cross all the lanes of traffic and nearly collided with my vehicle. I’ve heard similar reports from other drivers who’ve encountered the same reckless behavior.”

I just wanted to send a massive thank you to the driver in one of your vans who stopped to help me this morning. I was traveling from Harrisburg, PA to Washington D.C. to see my son who’s in the military, and I had a flat tire just outside of Thurmont, MD. It was such a relief when this guy pulled over and changed the tire – he was wearing a Harley t-shirt, and I didn’t catch his name. Roadside assistance would have been two hours away, but he really saved the day! I tried to give him a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card as a small token of my appreciation, but he politely declined. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for his kindness and getting me back on the road. Thank you so much!

“East Park Automotive is a really solid place to take your car. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain the pricing before starting any work.”
-
“I was nearly rear-ended this morning while driving southbound on 15 by one of their trucks – it was a very close call and incredibly dangerous driving.”
-
“Everything was great! The team is really knowledgeable and polite, and Brian was fantastic – he took excellent care of my vehicle this morning. Thanks so much for the service!”
-
“This morning, one of our trucks was observed driving recklessly – specifically tailgating and speeding while traveling southbound on Highway 32.”
-
“I encountered some concerning behavior from a vehicle – a Maryland plate (8EH7240) driving a work truck – on Route 340. The driver appeared to display road rage, attempting to force me to pull over.”
