  Overall, I was really pleased with the bathroom remodel IND Construction did for me. Erez Shifferman was a fantastic project manager – he was incredibly responsive, always listened to my ideas and concerns, and kept me well-informed throughout the process.   Working with IND Construction, and especially Erez Shifferman, was truly exceptional. After a really disappointing experience with another contractor who completely failed to deliver on their promises, I was understandably hesitant to start another renovation. However, from our initial meeting, Erez’s professionalism and clear understanding of our project put me at ease. The renovation itself—continuing the beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the house and adding some key updates like new lighting and a remodeled bathroom—went flawlessly. I was particularly impressed with Erez’s dedication to getting the exact right flooring, even when the original was discontinued. He went above and beyond, sourcing replacements and meticulously overseeing the matching process to ensure a perfect result. Throughout the entire seven-week project, Erez kept us fully informed with frequent updates and photos, and he was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find a contractor who is so proactive and detail-oriented, and the finished product is absolutely stunning.   Honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled with the renovation – our house looks completely brand new! We spent a good amount of time researching and interviewing contractors before choosing IND, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the whole team was fantastic; they really treated our home with care. It’s important to know that home renovations rarely go exactly as planned, and that’s okay. It’s just part of the process. You’re inviting strangers into your home, and things will inevitably come up that you didn’t anticipate. But IND handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care – Ben, our lead, was particularly great, and it was clear his team shared his passion for the job. They always made sure we were happy, which made a huge difference. They weren't the cheapest option, but we realized that’s because they prioritize quality and craftsmanship.   “We absolutely loved working with IND, especially Erez Schifferman. They completely transformed our new home – from the wholesale remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, to the painting of the entire house and some electrical work. Erez was fantastic from the start; he really took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us a realistic picture of what was achievable, which was incredibly helpful for first-time homeowners like us. He explained everything so clearly, making the whole process so much less stressful and confusing. The construction crew was always friendly and kept the site really clean. They did a fantastic job, and Erez and his team were quick to address any issues that came up – which, honestly, you can expect when you’re doing a remodel! We did end up going a little over budget due to a few extra changes we made and some unexpected issues that were discovered, but considering the scale of the work and the reasonable price quote, we felt it was a great value.   “We couldn’t be happier with the result of our renovation! From start to finish, working with Erez and the team was a fantastic experience. Erez was incredibly professional – always on time, polite, and really put us at ease, especially considering this was the most extensive renovation our house had seen in nearly 50 years. They expertly handled the initial bathroom remodel, including the flooring, countertops, and moving the shower. Then they tackled the full kitchen redesign, which involved working with their designer to create the renderings. They completely transformed the kitchen, redesigning everything from the flooring and cabinets to removing two load-bearing walls and painting the dining room, hallway, and living room. Erez kept us constantly updated on the progress and was always available to answer our questions – he even responded to text messages at any time! They’d collect payment after each completed task, and they were so accommodating, even willing to make any adjustments we wanted, like changing the grout color.
