  Boyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our remodel.   Boyd from Masing Construction did a fantastic job for us. We were really impressed with his competitive bid, which was lower than the other companies we contacted. Beyond the price, Boyd made us feel really comfortable and valued. We had a leaking balcony over our garage repaired, and the team – including their subcontractors – were incredibly professional and kept the whole area spotless.   Masing Construction was fantastic to work with – truly one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with. Boyd Masing was incredibly responsive and personable, always quick to answer my questions and offered some really helpful design ideas that streamlined the whole process. I also want to give a special shout-out to Angela, Boyd’s administrator; she was a fantastic resource and I always felt comfortable asking her anything. The entire team – Boyd, Angela, and the skilled crew – were consistently patient, respectful, and genuinely kind.   Masing Construction did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel. From the start, they really listened to our budget and priorities, and they came up with some brilliant ideas we hadn’t even considered – like raising the ceiling!   Masing did a fantastic job with our bathroom renovation – they were really efficient and got the job done quickly. It’s important to note that construction can be noisy and dusty, so be prepared for that. The team was professional and friendly, and they were also very accommodating when we needed a couple of small changes made. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent kitchen remodel experience. While the finished kitchen looks fantastic, the process was a huge headache, and frankly, the way I was treated was unacceptable. From the beginning, I felt dismissed and condescended to – as a woman, I was constantly made to feel like I wasn’t understanding something, which was incredibly frustrating. Adding to the problems, the bill kept increasing with unexpected charges. But the biggest issue was the electrician they used. He was supposed to handle the kitchen and a small room behind it, yet the wiring is completely incorrect; the kitchen isn't on its own breaker, and now it’s causing constant circuit overloads when I use my appliances or turn on lights in other parts of the house. After multiple attempts to get this resolved, the electrician was rude and dismissive, even hanging up on me! And to add insult to injury, when I presented documentation showing he was the one who did the work, Boyd, the project manager, immediately dismissed it. It's unbelievable! Worst of all, they won’t stand behind their work even after we’d paid the full amount. It’s like they don’t care about resolving the issue. I’m truly horrified by the entire experience, and I strongly advise other women to proceed with extreme caution – this company’s customer service is appalling. report abuse
