  Wasatch Equipment Rental really stood out – it was the best service I’ve received from any rental company on the Wasatch Front. They had the exact equipment I needed, ready to go, and at a price that was noticeably better than the competition. Plus, the trailer was included without any extra charge. When I had a small issue with the machine, they responded immediately and took care of it quickly and efficiently – no problems at all.   Overall, I had a really positive experience renting a drain snake from Wasatch Equipment Rentals. They went above and beyond to help me out, especially considering they were technically closed on a Monday. Sonny arranged for his daughter, Taylor, to meet me, and she was fantastic – she even helped me get the fairly heavy snake into my truck. I really appreciated that! They had a good selection of snakes and Sonny gave me a great recommendation based on my needs. Plus, they offered to waive the sales tax if I paid cash, which was a nice bonus. The only slight drawback is their location; it's a bit out of the way, past the airport. But honestly, I’d definitely use them again for any excavation or construction equipment we might need in the future. report abuse

  I’ve been renting equipment from Taylor for a few months now, and I’m incredibly impressed. She has a fantastic range of tools – everything from jackhammers and excavators to skid steers and dump trailers. But what really sets her apart is her exceptional customer service. Taylor is incredibly understanding, flexible, and honest, and she’s genuinely easy to work with.
